"The Cleaning staff (girl) is extremely ill mannered and has govt job type of attitude when you ask her to give you a fresh glass for water. It becomes a punishment if you forget your bottle in car or at home, she will just not budge from saying that the visibly used ones are fresh. The centre manager has no say which is evident from the way that cleaning staff answers back to him. No wonder the culture is extremely poor..what can you expect when the cleaning staff herself says ki nahi karungi aap email pe complaint kr do."

"I’d like to highlight some serious concerns that I, along with many other members, have experienced at this center: 1. Washroom/Changing Room Space: The changing rooms and washrooms are quite small. If someone is running late for a group class, it’s nearly impossible to change comfortably, especially during peak hours. 2. Limited Waiting Area: The waiting space is minimal, which leads to overcrowding and discomfort between classes. 3. Limited Group Class Options (HRX & Strength): There are very few HRX and Strength classes on the schedule. Most group class members are frustrated due to the lack of convenient time slots — especially in the early mornings and evenings. 4. Neglect Toward Group Classes: Since this center is not a franchise, and based on the reviews below, it seems the management is least concerned about making improvements. The clear focus of the center appears to be on Gym access, Personal Training (PT), and Membership Renewals, while group class offerings and member feedback are consistently ignored. This approach is disappointing for loyal members who primarily join for quality group workouts. I sincerely hope this feedback is taken seriously and necessary improvements are made — especially in terms of scheduling, member experience, and basic facility standards."

"Very very small gym. Very basic equipment’s and highly crowded during peak timing. Cable station is very small and busy almost all the time. Lack of even basic machine which you usually find in even third tier gyms. Group classes was the only positive except for that I don’t find this gym any good."
